HOLISTIC SERVICE

FIRST CONSULTATION – INDIVIDUAL - will focus on reviewing the Health Profile form that you will fill out prior to your appointment. We will discuss your present health and how it has evolved over time. We will also review any supplements and vitamins that you are taking for quality and effectiveness and we will make adjustments where necessary.

Going forward, we will develop an individualized plan for you to address and monitor your health concerns. We will focus on building up your nutritional foundation as we work through health issues progressively. We want you to learn how to correct imbalances in your body so education is a large part of your experience at Holistic Nutrition Services. We care about each and every one of our clients and we strive to help each valued client reach their individual health goals. You will learn to take charge of your health! FOR $85 (1.5 Hr.)

Follow-up Consultations- Individual
During follow-up consultations you will be guided through individualized recommendations involving various nutritional strategies to help you achieve your health goals, A positive, foundational approach to your nutrition will guide you to the next level of wellness. We want you to be a success story! For $55 (1Hr.)

First Family Consultation - group and family consultations to assist with putting together a program that the entire family can benefit from. Recipes, meal ideas and food preparation ideas are provided. You will also be given cooking tips, examine emotional attachments to food, discuss “fad” diets and why they most likely have not worked for you and learn how to shop more effectively. We focus on behaviour change tools, awareness practices, shifting perspectives about food and having FUN discovering the joys of eating well and feeling good. Great for individuals, families that want to eat better together, and busy executives who want to eat better, feel better and don’t have a lot of time to figure it all out on their own. While most information will be discussed during the session, counselling really is a 24 hour process and you are welcome and encouraged to contact me with any questions, or just for moral support. Our goal is to help you reach your goals. For $120 (1.5Hrs.)

Nutrition for Pregnancy – (1.5 Hrs.) For $95
Follow Up – For $55 (1Hr.)

Nutrition & Guidance for New Mother & Baby – For $110 (For 1.5 Hour)
Follow Up (as many as up to 1 year after Delivery) – For $55 (1 Hr.)

Nutrition to Balance Hormone - For $110 (For 1.5 Hour)
Follow Up - For $55 (1 Hr.)

Nutrition for Fertility - For $110 (For 1.5 Hour)
Follow Up– For $65 (1 Hr.)

Detox & Cleansing with a Nutritionist
For $110 (For 1.5 Hour)

Follow up till the whole procedure is complete (15 days to 1 month usually) for $55 (1hr.)
